Tax Metaverse is a tax firm that is a subsidiary of Hanna, Warner & Associates CPAs. It arose as a project of love. Tyler Warner, EA, USTCP, has been practicing tax since 2009 and active in crypto currencies since 2017. In 2021 to blend passions and help build on this technology the idea of Tax Metaverse was born.

On its onset, the primary tax practioner of this firm will be Tyler Warner, whose most prestigious credentials are passing the United States Tax Court Practioner exam. It is a multi-state bar exam allowing any who pass the ability to practice in front of the Tax Court in all jurisdictions; less than 1,000 people have ever passed this exam.

Tax Metaverse is uniquely positioned in that you will be working with someone who has high levels of tax experience and licensure that is not only experienced in blockchain technology, but believes in its future.
